By using MDF Tuition's services or purchasing resources from mdftuition.store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
MDF Tuition provides online A-Level, GCSE and Oxbridge tutoring sessions conducted via video call, as well as digital educational resources available at mdftuition.store. All tutors are verified current students at top UK universities.
2. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due before or at the time of session booking or resource purchase. Refunds on digital resources are issued at the discretion of MDF Tuition. To request a refund, contact mdftuition@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will assess each case on its merits.
3. Session Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the full session rate. We ask that both tutors and students give reasonable notice where possible. MDF Tuition reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary.
4. Email Marketing
By purchasing resources from mdftuition.store, you opt in to receive revision tips, notes and offers on similar products by email. The message included at the bottom of our emails reads:
"We'll email you tips, notes, and offers on similar products. To opt-out, type 'opt-out'. Leave blank to receive them."
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "opt-out" to any email, or by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send.
5. Intellectual Property
All resources produced by MDF Tuition - including PDFs, slide decks, notes, and digital materials - are the intellectual property of MDF Tuition. Resources may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or reproduced without prior written permission. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for individual use only.
6. No Guarantee of Results
MDF Tuition provides educational support and resources to assist students in their studies. We do not guarantee any specific exam results, grades, or university admission outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual effort and exam conditions.
7. Safeguarding
All MDF Tuition tutors are verified students at UK universities with strong academic records. Sessions are conducted online. MDF Tuition takes reasonable steps to ensure tutor quality and suitability but is not liable for the conduct of individual tutors beyond the scope of reasonable vetting.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDF Tuition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or resources. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or resource.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
